The Body Shop is another one of my not-so-guilty shopping pleasures; not only is the treasure trove of beauty products genuine value for money, but the brand always has and always will stand against animal testing; contributing to the 1998 UK ban on testing cosmetic products on animals.
We all have our favourite Body Shop scent; my personal favourites are Strawberry and Coconut. I love the fresh fruitiness of Strawberry and the way the exotic, sweet scent of Coconut sends me to the white sand beaches of the Caribbean where I'm lying in the sun with a cocktail in one hand and a good novel in the other.
I always love to keep the fragrance of the cosmetics I use consistent from start to finish; from the shower gel, all the way through to that final splash of body mist. At the moment, my fragrance crush is Strawberry; Coconut tends to make an appearance during the summer!

I absolutely love the smell and feel of this strawberry shower gel; not only does it smell gloriously fruity and fresh, but it's soap-free, which means that it contains zero harsh chemicals which extract all the essential oils from the body. This lather-rich gel is super hydrating and moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth, which for me is an absolute must.
Made with real strawberry seed oil, not only does this shower gel smells amazingly scrumptious, but you also know you’re getting value for your money in the form of quality ingredients.

I am a sucker for body moisturizers and oils; I’m sold on pretty much anything that smells delicious while keeping my skin hydrated and silky smooth.
I do find that some oils can be rather heavy on my skin and if I’m not careful can end up slipping and sliding around from the intense slickness of the product. However The Body Shop’s beautifying oils achieve the perfect balance of a light, yet hydrating body oil.
Made with a blend of oils from various nuts; including fair trade marula oil, this oil is bursting with nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins, which combine to deliver deep hydration and moisture, meaning only a couple of drops go a long way.

Finally, to round off my delicious trio of desserts, I love to indulge myself in a few splashes of The Body Shop’s strawberry body mist. I tend to save my expensive perfumes for special occasions and so this yummy, fruity spray is the perfect alternative. It also promises to linger throughout the day, which not only saves you a few extra pennies, but it also saves you carrying the glass bottle around in your handbag.
£7.00/100ml
The Body Shop has me pretty much hook, line and sinker and it’s a romance that I don’t think will ever end; every time I go into the stores, I find a new fandangle product to play around with! What will be the next hidden treasure? I’ll keep you updated.
